Angels and More takes your privacy very seriously – that is why we follow the statutory provisions relation to privacy and will do everything to secure your confidential data. It is also important to us that you always know what information we collect and how we use it.

Why do we collect your data?

We collect and process your data in order to maintain our business relationship. It allows us to deliver the best possible use through convenient access to our products and services. We can, in this way, give you the greatest possible scope of services for transacting business i.e. the ordering, delivery and payment.

What data do we collect, process and use?

You can visit our website without leaving personal data. While surfing without registration, we do not collect personal data. We merely set a cookie for the so-called Session-ID. Standard information e.g. your IP address, time and duration of your visit, operating system, browser and pages viewed are saved therein.

If you register as a customer, we collect data from the form you complete on our website. E.g. your name, address, e-mail address, preferred type of payment and the details of the goods ordered. We also need information about you personally when you contact us directly.

How do we collect your data?

We proceed on the principle of thrift data and data avoidance, i.e. we collect only as much data as is absolutely necessary in order to process your order and communicate with you.

These also include, due to legal regulations, all the data that is necessary for processing and storage.

Your personal data will only be stored when you provide it in the context of the application as a customer, specifically with angelsandmore.ch. We store this data, with your consent, as your personal profile, so that you can comfortably have your user name and password for future visits to the site. This has the advantage that your address data must not be re-entered for order placed. You can always disagree with the use of the data. In this case, however, a complete application is required for each order placed.

Does angelsandmore.ch use cookies?

To make browsing in our shop more comfortable, we use the so-called cookie technology. Cookies are text files on which a visit to a website is stored on the user’s computer. Cookies ensure for example, that the next time you visit your preferred language is saved.

No security-related or personal data is stored in the cookies. Cookies can not transmit viruses, spy unnoticed on your computer or send unauthorized e-mails. Also, only those cookies set by you, will be able to be read.

How to access your data.

When you register with us as a customer, you create a user name and a personal password. Your user name and your password ensure that you alone have access to your profile. Your password can not be seen by us, because it in encrypted in a database.

You always have access to your data, which is stored with us. The data in your profile, such as the payment method of your choice and delivery address, may be updated during the ordering process, but also at any time in the protected area under My Account.

Please do not send us any confidential data via e-mail or via the contact page.

To whom do we give your information?

If we pass along data, we do it to a service provider or partner companies that assist us in the ordering process in the provision of customer information. These partners and service providers may use the information only for the purpose of their tasks on our behalf, and are obliged to follow the data protection rules.

Sometimes we can be forced, because of statutory provisions of legal processes, to disclose your data. Moreover, we can disclose information abut when it is in the interest of the public, e.g. proven abuse of credit card fraud.

How do we protect your data?

On Angels and More websites, on which personal information is collected, e.g. in the My Account section, we use the industry-standard SSL to encrypt your data. With the SSL encryption, your data will be so distorted before transference to our server, that they can not be reconstructed by a third party. In this way, the confidentiality of your personal information and your payment data in transactions over the internet are guaranteed.
